How much does an extra driving lesson cost in Warsaw?

14 September 2026 · 4 min read

Extra lessons in Warsaw cost roughly 150–250 PLN per hour. Here is what drives the price and how many hours most learners actually need.

Refresher lessons (jazdy doszkalające) are extra hours bought outside a course — by learners who want more practice before the exam, and by licence holders who have not driven for years. In Warsaw the rate usually falls between 150 and 250 PLN per hour.

What changes the price

  • Car type — an automatic usually costs slightly more than a manual
  • Lesson time — evenings and weekends are priced higher at many schools
  • Location — lessons starting in the city centre cost more than from the outskirts
  • Language — lessons taught in English are a separate service at most schools
  • Packages — buying 5 or 10 hours at once normally lowers the hourly rate

Our rates

  • Single refresher lesson: 180 PLN per hour
  • Package of 10 hours: 1,700 PLN (170 PLN per hour)
  • Our car for the state exam: 290 PLN
  • Lessons available 7 days a week, in English or Polish

How many hours do you actually need?

  • Confident learner before the exam: 2–4 hours on the exam routes
  • Learner who failed the practical exam: 4–8 hours focused on the failed task
  • Licence holder returning after several years: 6–10 hours
  • Driver with a foreign licence adapting to Warsaw traffic: 2–5 hours

A single hour of well-planned practice on the actual exam route is usually worth more than three hours of general driving — tell your instructor exactly what went wrong and let them build the lesson around it.
