The total time depends on three things: how fast you get the PKK number, how intensively you take lessons, and how long you wait for a WORD exam slot. Here is the realistic sequence.
Week 1 — documents and PKK
The medical certificate is issued the same day. The district office usually needs a few working days to create your PKK number. You can book your first theory classes and practical lessons while you wait.
Weeks 1–6 — the course
- Standard course: theory over 2 weeks, 30 hours of driving spread over 4–6 weeks
- Accelerated course: everything compressed into about 3 weeks
- Intensive VIP course: about 15 days with daily lessons
- Extra hours, if needed, are booked 7 days a week between 6:00 and 22:00
The exams
Theory can be taken whenever you feel ready — slots are usually available within days. The practical exam requires a completed course and typically a 2–3.5 week wait for a slot at WORD Bemowo or Odlewnicza. Both parts can be booked as soon as your training finishes.
